Before the Sold Notice is removed from the front gate we are writing to thank you both, along with your associates in your office for the professional assistance which has been followed to achieve the sale of our home at 125 Fendalton Road. We could not have achieve what we have without it. Your long association with the property market must have contributed significantly to the recent trouble free auction and successful sale.

The majority of home owners such as ourselves, are not often wishing to enter the market during their lifetimes but when they do they need understanding and assistance on most occasions. You are knowledgeable and patient and this is what a layman requires of those trying to help them move forward. Over the last thirteen years or so you have helped us at least twice.
